Pupil Page

The Pupils Page

1. The scrolling timeline presents each pupil's data for a subject in a simple, visual way.

2. Thumbnails of the pupil's data in other subjects scroll with the main timeline, to give an overall impression of data. Simply click a subject to see it in the main timeline.

3. Under the timeline you can display (and edit) other results, SEN data, Interventions / Groups and Comments.

4. This simple menu allows you to switch easily between pupils.

The Groups Page

1. On the groups page you can create tables of data in seconds. The data is colour-coded, and averages are shown for the groups you choose.

2. The simple drop-down menus allow you to choose which pupils to look at, how to group them, and which subject you want to see.

3. You can customise your table by adding pupil columns (such as date of birth) or further assessment columns. You can also show progress or point scores at the click of a button.

4. Simply select the 'distribution graphs' option to display your table in graph form.
