Customer support is very important to us. While using Insight, any staff member can click the 'Help' menu at any time to contact us. Our phone and email support is available through school holidays as well as during term time.

Telephone Support

We offer support by phone, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Just call 020 3393 4005. If you'd like to leave us a message out-of-hours, we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Email Support

You can get support by email at any time - just email support@insighttracking.com. We'll get back to you within 1 working day, and we're often able to answer emails during evenings and weekends too.
