Delivering first-class customer support is a top priority for us. While using Insight, any staff member can click the ‘Help’ menu to contact us. Our phone and email support is available through school holidays as well as during term time. We also offer self-serve support options, individual training, regular webinars and data consultancy – all at no extra charge.

How are we doing?

We hold ourselves accountable to high standards. We aim for our customer support to be fast, effective and readily available. To achieve this, we monitor our performance levels and periodically check the stats to ensure we’re on track.
