Our Approach
We understand the importance of pupil data in primary education but recognise that it isn’t always easy to manage and analyse. That’s why we built Insight: powerful, easy-to-use software designed around the needs of primary schools.
But we believe great software is only part of our role. Helping our customers get the most from their data through education, consultancy and year-round support is equally important to us. Our goal is to give schools the tools, support and expertise they need to make sense of their pupil data.

Partnerships that last
Our customers play an important part in shaping Insight. Their feedback helps drive our development, and many have been with us for years. As we grow, that won’t change. We’d rather be the right fit than make a quick sale, that’s why every school gets to try Insight free for 60 days before making a decision.

Being a responsible business means looking beyond the work we do every day. We’ve made long-term commitments to supporting charities and environmental causes, it’s just part of how we do business here at Insight.
Charitable Giving
Since 2020, we’ve given at least 10% of our net profits from the previous financial year to charity. Our giving combines local impact, education, wellbeing and environmental responsibility.
In 2025 we gave £93,000 to our chosen charities.
In April 2024 we joined 1% for the Planet, a global movement concerned with prioritising people and planet alongside profit: by joining forces and funds from many businesses, we can amplify the impact of giving. As members, we are committed to giving 1% of our revenue to environmental causes.
