Our culture

We care about delivering a first-class service to our customers and creating a good place to work for our team. For us, the two go hand in hand. It’s something reflected in the feedback we receive from our customers, too.

We want people to enjoy their work, feel supported and have the freedom to contribute ideas and keep developing. We work hard for our customers, while recognising the importance of a healthy work-life balance.

We’re a team of around 40, with most of us working remotely. As a Living Wage Employer, we offer flexible working, flexitime, a good amount of holiday and a range of other benefits.

Making a difference

Being a responsible business matters to us too. We’re members of 1% for the Planet and Ecologi, supporting environmental projects as part of our wider commitment to giving back.

We also commit at least 10% of our net profits from the previous financial year to charitable causes, supporting organisations working across education, children’s wellbeing, mental health, local communities and the environment.
