Frequently Asked Questions
The extended trial offer applies to trials starting 12th June 2023 onwards, for any contract with a competitor which has 12 months or fewer until expiry. We’ll just ask to see some evidence of the term of your existing contract. The offer only includes dedicated tracking systems and not where tracking is included with an MIS.

Yes. Insight can be used for all pupils from nursery right through to Year 6.
Yes. Your Insight package includes access to all areas of the platform, but you can choose to use Insight just for SEND tracking if that’s what your school needs. There is no price reduction if you choose to use only part of the platform.

Our pricing is based on the number of pupils at your school when your quote is generated, so the cost reflects your pupil numbers.
We also offer a referral scheme. If an existing Insight school recommends your school to us, both you and the referring school will receive a one-off 10% discount on your next invoice.
You’ll initially upload your pupils into your Insight account. From there, you can send us your pre-trial summative assessment data, which will be imported by our team.
Insight is highly customisable, so we recommend booking a setup call with our team. We’ll discuss your terminology and any additional assessments you’d like us to add, so we can ensure your Insight account is tailored to your school setting.
Yes. We offer free support and training from the moment your free trial begins and for as long as you’re an Insight customer. You’ll have access to a range of help guides, webinars and online training, and our support team is always on hand if you need any help.
You can also use Ask AI, which is trained on all things Insight and can offer instant answers to your questions.
Yes. You’ll have full access to Insight during your trial, so anything you set up will stay in place if you decide to subscribe. Your trial account will simply transfer to an active account.
