Our latest update brings Provision Mapping to trust level in Insight, helping you explore provision across your schools, while making it easier for staff to manage.

Explore provision costs and effectiveness across your trust 

The new Trust Provision Map brings together information about provision, associated costs and effectiveness across your schools.

You might want to review how much your trust is spending on a particular intervention, which schools are using it and how effective it's proving to be. You can expand each provision type to see this information at individual school level, or open a school's Provision Map to explore the provision groups in more detail.

Perhaps several schools are using the same intervention, but reporting different levels of effectiveness. This could be an opportunity to bring colleagues together, share experiences and explore what's working well.

Having this information readily available can help you make informed decisions about resources, identify opportunities for collaboration and understand where schools might benefit from additional support.

Make provision easier to manage across your trust

Trusts can now create and manage provision types centrally, making them available across all their schools.

For example, if you're introducing an intervention across several schools, you can set it up once at trust level, rather than asking each school to create it individually. This saves staff time and helps keep information, including associated costs, consistent.

Schools still have the flexibility to create and manage their own provision types, whether that's to meet specific needs or try a new intervention before introducing it more widely across the trust.
